Third Offense: Extended suspension (7-30 days)
Repeated Violations: Permanent ban from all Strangeer services
Immediate Termination

Severe harassment or threats of violence
Distribution of illegal content or malware
Coordinated abuse or ban evasion attempts
Commercial exploitation without authorization
