Terms of Service

By inviting Strangeer to a Discord server, using any of its commands, or accessing the dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the bot or the dashboard.

Strangeer provides moderation and security tooling for Discord servers — including automod, anti-raid protection, configuration management, and a web dashboard to control these features.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

To use the bot and dashboard you must:

• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Be permitted by Discord to use bots and applications.
• Have the appropriate server permissions (e.g. Manage Server) to configure the bot for a given community.

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:

• Use the bot to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to facilitate illegal activity.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the bot, dashboard, or backend.
• Abuse the dashboard API or attempt to manage servers you don't have permission for.

We may restrict or terminate access for any server or user that violates these terms.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, why, how it is stored and secured, and how you can request its removal.

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, Discord outages, or factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strangeer and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.

You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from your server and logging out of the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where required to protect the service or its users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change, and significant updates will be announced in our support server. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
