Welcome to Strangeer ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Strangeer Discord bot, website at livestrangeer.space, dashboard, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Not use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or malicious content
• Not impersonate Strangeer staff or other users

• Maintain the security of your Discord account and dashboard access
• Report any security vulnerabilities or bugs responsibly

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service
• Attempting to bypass security features or rate limits
• Using automated scripts to interact with the Service without authorization
• Sharing or selling premium features or access tokens
• Using the Service for illegal activities including fraud, harassment, or threats
• Intentionally causing harm to other servers or users
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and code, are the exclusive property of Strangeer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit written permission from Strangeer.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Discord API outages or limitations
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Security incidents requiring immediate response

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance through our Discord support server and dashboard announcements.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRANGEER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Actions taken by Discord or other third-party services
• User errors in configuration or operation

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Strangeer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any third-party rights
